MMI hosted the last symposium “Decoding the Single Cell Universe” from March 14 to 15, 2024. The event was a vibrant confluence of scientific minds, featuring outstanding contributions from renowned experts and providing an exceptional platform for knowledge exchange.
We were honoured to have esteemed invited speakers such as Peter Horvath, Christopher Pryce, Somenath Baksi, and Guangdun Peng. Their insightful presentations covered a broad spectrum of cutting-edge topics, including plant physiology, neurobiology, pathology, and AI for image analysis.
A unique highlight of the symposium was the hands-on opportunity for participants to test the latest MMI devices for single cell isolation. This interactive experience allowed attendees to gain practical insights and firsthand knowledge of the advanced tools shaping the future of single-cell research.
The symposium also emphasized the importance of networking and collaboration. A conference dinner and a get-together following the poster session provided ample opportunities for attendees to connect, share ideas, and establish new professional relationships.
